    SHIPPING

    Currently, we ship most orders via United Parcel Service (UPS). You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse which will indicate clearly which shipping method was used.

    Please allow about 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. We ship most orders within 48 hours of receiving them but we like to give UPS some time to get the package to your door. In the unlikely event that your package doesn't arrived within 10 business days, please call our Customer Service Department to have them help track it down at:  770-339-9668

    It is Premiumimaging's policy to respect the privacy of its Users and of personal electronic communication. Premiumimaging will not share a Users' email address or other specific personal information (e.g. name, address, age) for marketing purposes without such User's consent. Users' profile information (e.g. age, gender) may be used to create personalized content, services, and advertising on or related to Premiumimaging.     RETURN POLICY

    Your satisfaction with our merchandise is very important to us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact Customer Service at 770-339-9668 from Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EST.  Premiumimaging must be notified within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise by email to customerservice@premiumimaging.net in the event your merchandise is damaged or missing.  Customer service will email you back with a "RMA" or Return Merchandise Authorization code.  Credit issued will not include original freight.  Your merchandise must be returned in original condition, repacked in its original box including the packing slip and shipped prepaid to the following address:
